Jana Kramer bio
Jana Kramer, an actor and songwriter, who specialises in country pop music and songwriting, gained fame on television after she was cast as Alex in the last three seasons on One Tree Hill. Her first few releases as a singer-songwriter were featured on episodes of the series helping her debut album, titled "Eponymous," into the Top 20 of the Billboard 200. Thirty One (2015), the follow-up album in 2015, also reached in the Top Ten. The decade ended with her appearances on Dancing with the Stars, television shows, and singles that were not album tracks. In 2021, her self-doubting album Voices came out. Growing up in Rochester Hills Michigan Jana Rae Kramer was raised on country music and would eventually pursue a recording career but she started her career as an actor who made her screen debut in the indie horror film Dead/Undead while still in her teens. In the past, she appeared on several shows, including All My Children and CSI: NY before landing the part of Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights' Second season (2007-2008). Kramer went to appear as Portia Ranson in 90210 between 2008 and 2009 as well as Brooke Manning on Entourage 2009 before being cast on the The CW's One Tree Hill as Alex Dupre in 2009.
